What happens to the scraps?
Transportation
We come to you! We will pick up your fabric scraps as soon as possible. We aim to create the most efficient routes, so we typically schedule multiple pickups per week.
Processing
We just remove any things attached to the scraps, and sort the material by fabric content, colour and size.
Consolidation
The more the merrier! By working with multiple companies, we can quickly meet the minimum volumes required for recycling, in the mean time we consolidate and store the scraps at our warehouse.
End uses
The small scraps will be shredded to create rugs, carpet padding, insulation etc. Rest of the material is send for different purposes.
